Terms of Service

Last updated: September 12, 2026

Please read these terms carefully before using US Visa Slot Alert. By subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Service Description

  • US Visa Slot Alert monitors US consulate appointment availability in India
  • We provide email notifications when visa appointment slots matching your preferences become available
  • Service includes automated monitoring at intervals based on your subscription plan
  • We are an independent service and not affiliated with the US Embassy or Department of State

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate email address and contact information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service only for legitimate visa appointment booking purposes
  • Not attempt to abuse, manipulate, or overload our systems
  • Comply with all applicable US Embassy rules and regulations
  • You are responsible for actually booking appointments when alerted

Service Limitations

  • We do not guarantee slot availability or successful booking
  • Alerts are sent based on publicly available information
  • There may be delays between slot availability and alert delivery
  • We are not responsible if slots fill up before you can book
  • Service availability may be affected by technical issues or maintenance
  • We do not have access to or control over US Embassy systems

Subscription & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments or Razorpay
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time at usvisaslotalert.in/manage-subscription, by verifying your email address — no password needed
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payment Authorisation and Auto-Renewal

  • When you subscribe, you authorise us, through our payment gateway, to charge the payment method you provide — for the first period and for each renewal period — until you cancel.
  • For UPI AutoPay and card mandates, that authorisation is given by you directly to your own bank or UPI app, using your PIN, password or one-time passcode. We never see or hold those credentials.
  • Renewal charges are made under that same authorisation. They are not new or separate purchases, and no further approval is requested for each one.
  • We record the date and time of your subscription, the IP address and browser you subscribed from, and the confirmation reference returned by the payment gateway.
  • Cancelling stops all future renewal charges. It does not reverse a charge already made, and it does not shorten access you have already paid for.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

  • Contact us first. If you do not recognise a charge, believe it is wrong, or want it reversed, email support@usvisaslotalert.in from the address on the subscription. We aim to reply within two business days, and most issues are resolved faster this way than through a bank.
  • What the service is, and when it is delivered. We sell email alerts about US visa appointment availability. An alert is delivered the moment it reaches your email address. Delivery is what you pay for; booking an appointment is not something any monitoring service can guarantee, and is not part of what is sold.
  • What you agree counts as proof of delivery. You agree that our delivery records — the date and time of each alert sent to your email address, and the confirmation returned by our email provider — are evidence that the service was provided.
  • Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms. If we have never sent you a single alert, you are entitled to a full refund whenever you ask, with no deadline. If we have sent you even one alert, the subscription is non-refundable, and cancelling stops future renewals rather than reversing past ones.
  • If you raise a chargeback with your bank. Your rights with your bank and card network are unaffected by these terms and we do not ask you to give them up. But where a charge was authorised by you and the service was delivered, we will contest the chargeback, and we will supply the issuing bank, the card network and our payment gateway with the evidence of it: your subscription record and the terms accepted at purchase, the payment authorisation and mandate details held by the gateway, the IP address and browser used to subscribe and to sign in afterwards, and the full log of alerts delivered to your email address.
  • Raising a chargeback instead of contacting us does not change what is owed. Whether a refund is due is decided by the Refund & Cancellation Policy above — that is, by whether we ever sent you an alert — and not by which route you use to ask.
  • While a dispute is open we pause alert emails to the address concerned. We do not cancel your subscription and we do not withdraw access you have paid for.
  • If a chargeback is decided in your favour, that settles the amount and we will not pursue you for it.

Refund Policy

  • No alerts at all — full refund, whenever you ask. If we have not sent you a single slot alert, you get a full refund of everything you paid, and there is no deadline for claiming it. We were paid to watch for openings and tell you about them, so if you never heard from us, there is nothing for us to keep. In practice you will know inside a week: if seven days go by with nothing from us, that is your signal to ask, and asking later does not cost you the refund.
  • Once alerts have started — non-refundable. If we have sent you even one slot alert, the subscription is non-refundable, including the days you have not used yet. The alert is the product, and it is delivered the moment it reaches you — we cannot take it back, so we do not take the payment back either. This is why the promise above is worth something: we only keep your money once we have actually done the thing you paid for. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals, and you keep access for the rest of the period you have already paid for.
  • A refund is not owed because you were unable to book an appointment. We monitor the official system and notify you the moment a slot opens, but we cannot control how many appointments a consulate releases, or whether someone else books one first. Being alerted is the service; securing the slot is not something any monitoring service can honestly promise.
  • Refunds are only ever processed manually by our team — no automated endpoint can issue one.
  • Email support@usvisaslotalert.in from the address on the subscription to request a refund.
  • Whether a refund is owed depends only on whether we ever sent you an alert — not on how long ago you subscribed.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals. It does not by itself trigger a refund.

Prohibited Uses

  • Reselling or redistributing our alerts to third parties
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or interfere with our service
  • Using automated systems to access our service beyond subscription limits
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harassing or abusing our support staff
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits
