Today we help hundreds of applicants get timely alerts, safely and transparently. The mission is simple: no one should miss their visa appointment just because they weren't refreshing the page at the right second.

What we actually do

We monitor the official U.S. visa appointment scheduling system for India and email you when an appointment matching your consulate, visa category and date range becomes available. That is the entire product. We are not a booking agent, not a consultancy and not affiliated with the U.S. Embassy, the U.S. Department of State or CGI Federal. When an alert reaches you, you log in to the official portal and book it yourself.

What we deliberately do not do

These are constraints we chose, not features we have not built yet. We never ask for your CGI Federal or embassy login, because a monitoring service does not need it and asking would mean holding control of your visa application. We never book on your behalf, because automated interaction with the scheduling system creates risk that lands on your account rather than ours. We operate no contributor tiers and no paid priority — every subscriber is notified of every matching slot at the same instant. And we do not publish live bookable availability: the historical patterns on our consulate pages are counted through yesterday, never today.

Why we publish numbers instead of testimonials

This market has a trust problem, and testimonials are the least useful possible response to it because anyone can write them. We removed ours. What we publish instead are figures read live from our own operational logs — 30,927 alerts delivered to 343 applicants since December 2025, across 5 consulates and 48 visa categories. The same numbers are available at our public stats endpoint so you can read them without taking our word for what the page says.

How we handle your money

Payments are processed by Razorpay or Cashfree; we never see or store your card details. Our refund policy turns on one fact, and we would rather state it narrowly than promise something we do not honour. If we have not sent you a single alert, you get everything back whenever you ask — we produced nothing, so we keep nothing, and there is no deadline on claiming it. Once we have sent you even one alert the subscription is non-refundable, unused days included, because the alert is the product and it cannot be returned once it has reached you. We publish that in one place so it cannot say one thing on the homepage and another in the terms.

The honest limits of what we can promise

We can tell you the moment an appointment opens. We cannot make a consulate release more appointments, we cannot stop someone else booking a slot before you do, and we cannot guarantee you will secure an interview by any particular date. Anyone promising otherwise is describing something they do not control. What automated monitoring genuinely changes is the odds: openings frequently appear and disappear within minutes, often overnight, and checking manually is not a realistic way to catch them.
